Domani la "Hit Chart" riparte ed in mancanza di Federica, Matolas vi terrà compagnia con il solito appuntamento e vi regala la Première del nuovo gruppo con il fratello di Miley Cyrus che sta riscuotendo un successo mondiale: i Metro Station con "Shake it"

Video of the week: "Pop porno" Il Genio

E ovviamente anche la nostra rubrica "Video of the week" è dedicata al tormentone che ha reso famosi Alessandra e Gianluca e che è riuscita ad arrivare alla posizione numero uno per una volta anche nella nostra classifica.

Di cosa parliamo? Ma di "Pop porno" ovvio!

Artist of the week: Il Genio

Dopo una settimana di pausa torna l'appuntamento con la rubrica "Artist of the week", questa settimana dedicata al duo leccese Il Genio che è stato nostro ospite telefonico nella puntata di venerdì 23 gennaio (per chi volesse riascoltarla basta cliccare sul link in alto a destra e scaricarla)


Gianluca De Rubertis ed Alessandra Contini sono i componenti del duo Il Genio.

I due sono di provenienza leccese, ma di adozione milanese. Amici di vecchia data, hanno iniziato ad esibirsi in feste private e sono arrivati al successo nel 2008 grazie al tormentone "Pop porno".

La canzone, lanciata da Radio Deejay ed utilizzata nel programma TV Quelli che il calcio condotto da Simona Ventura il 29 settembre 2008, recupera le atmosfere della musica anni '60, dello Shibuya kei e dell'easy listening internazionale. Grazie al testo malizioso fa conoscere "Il Genio" al grande pubblico. Il duo si avvale di molteplici canali di diffusione on-line, fra cui MySpace, iTunes, YouTube e Facebook.

Sempre nel 2008 esce il primo album del duo, l'omonimo Il Genio, edito dalla casa discografica Disastro Records (nuova emanazione della Cramps Music)
E' stato ripubblicato dopo alcuni mesi dalla Universal, aggiungendo due brani inediti alla prima versione. I testi delle canzoni sono principalmente in italiano, ma anche in francese con un tono retrò, elegante, raffinato con evidenti richiami alla produzione di Serge Gainsbourg.

Il prossimo singolo si intitola "Non è possibile".

Riassunto settimanale

E il primo mese dell'anno se ne va. Si conclude con la puntata di oggi il Gennaio del 2009 e con lui se ne vanno una marea di canzoni che ci hanno accompagnato fino ad ora.

Ci hanno salutato questa settimana Marco Carta, Lost, Il Genio, Matteo Menduni e Katy Perry tutti quanti hanno raggiunto il 30° e ultimo passaggio nella nostra classifica. In più abbiamo avuto la première di Paola Iezzi con il suo brano "Alone".

La prossima settimana sarà una settimana corta, infatti MARTEDI' NON ANDREMO IN ONDA causa esami incombenti per tutti quanti noi, ma per il resto della settimana continueremo a tenervi compagnia, promettendovi già lunedì la PREMIERE dei Metro Station con "Shake it".

Riassunto settimanale

Seconda settimana del mese di gennaio 2009. Una settimana ricca di appuntamenti, novità ed avvenimenti.

C'è stato il cambio della guardia tra le co-speaker: FeeLove ci ha lasciati (per il momento) per seguire i suoi impegni lavorativi ed al suo posto è arrivata Federica Serru: il grande "effetto Serru" che devasterà la "Hit Chart" fino alla fine di febbraio. Come vi sembra??

Primi due LIMITI MASSIMI dell'anno ovvero Laura Pausini con "Invece no" e i Sonohra con "Salvami", mentre per la settimana che sta per entrare si avvicinano al 30° passaggio Il Genio, Lost, Katy Perry e Matteo Menduni, chi sarà il primo a salutarci tra loro??

Ah proposito de Il Genio, loro sono stati nostri simpaticissimi ospiti telefonici venerdì mattina rispondendo alle domande che ci sono pervenute anche attraverso le emails.

Per questa settimana vi possiamo già svelare che martedì avremo la PREMIERE di Paola Iezzi con "Alone", un pezzo davvero molto particolare e interessante.
